SENSITIVE LOCATIONS

Clinics fall under ICE’s “sensitive locations,” policy.  Under this policy ICE is required to exercise caution in conducting a “planned enforcement action” because of the potential for disruptions to different populations, and there are protocols limiting the likelihood of raids in these locations. However, this policy and FAQ was issued by a previous administration and it is not clear if the current administration will follow the same guidelines.
